REFUND POLICY

Introduction

Welcome to My Dreams Technology.

If you are not completely satisfied with our Shared hosting services, you may be eligible for a refund (pro-rated) by sending your request in writing to our support department within thirty (30) days of completing your new order. All other sales are final, i.e. Bulk SMS, Bulk Email, Bulk Voice Call, Long code, Website Designing, SSL Certificates, etc. are non-refundable items and will be deducted from your order total, before you receive your pro-rated refund. You must also state a detailed reason as to why you are cancelling (as we request for any cancellation). We are the sole arbiter as to if your reason is a valid reason and if all possible steps were taken on your side and on ours to correct the situation causing the interest to cancel. By placing your order with My Dreams Technology you agree to these terms. For SMS Services We do-not have any cancellation policy. Hence kindly test our services well before opting.

Refund Policy

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or wrongly judged our service. All payments to My Dreams Technology are Nonrefundable for delays/non-delivery of services due to issues at the telecom operator’s end. Before starting any relationship with us we advise you to test our services. We do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has done. In case, My Dreams Technology agreed to refund money it will take 45 to 90 days but not more than that from the date of request received by My Dreams Technology through E-mail or by regular post. All charges like monthly fee (pro-rata basis), sms charges, 30% processing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Billed Invoice can't able to Cancel / modify it.

We don't have the refund Policy.

The Pricing / Credits will be changed as per the Regulation of TRAI / Operators.

The payment can be made through online / deposit / Transfer / cash.
